PAST & PRESENT

[In case you missed it!]

CUESTA INLET is NOW secured for the community!

On the morning of December 5, 2025, at 9:23 AM, escrow officially closed on Cuesta Inlet. Just 26 minutes later, the King Tide rose—as if Mother Nature herself was celebrating the moment this beloved place finally came home to our community.

This historic, extraordinary milestone is the direct result of your generosity, your persistence, and your shared belief that this shoreline, its wildlife, and its peaceful magic are worth protecting forever.

The Lay of the Land at Cuesta Inlet

The Vital Groundwork for Our
Future Stewardship

Caring for Cuesta Inlet requires knowing exactly where its boundaries lie—a task that is easier said than done. We owe a massive thank you to licensed surveyor Pat Teter and to Mike Garman for generously donating more than 60 hours of their time and skill to map out the Inlet’s property lines. This groundwork helps us better understand the land we protect and guides our future stewardship efforts.
